Beginners (£75)
For baristas at the beginning stages of their coffee journey, or those looking to solidify their knowledge, I offer a standard training curriculum inclusive of:
- Extraction Theory
- Espresso Preparaton
- Milk Training
- Basic Latte Art
Basic training sessions available in Stroud, starting at £75 per person with discounts available for group bookings. Each session lasts aroud two hours.
On-site training is also available for businesses on enquiry.

Advanced (£120)
The basicapackage covers a lot, but for experienced baristas with specific outcomes in mind I am able to deliver additional support inclusive of:
- Creating Espresso Recipes
- Advanced service techniques
- Machine troubleshooting
- Further latte art
- Fine tuning your equipment
and more.
Any sessions requiring adjustments to machinery are strongly advised to be undertaken at your own premises.
